At By Baely, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your beauty pillow, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the conditions outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date

  • The product must be returned to the address listed below

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • A valid track & trace number must be provided once the return shipment has been sent

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at bybaely@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Ship the product to the return address listed above within 30 days of purchase

  3. Share the track & trace number with us via email

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments without tracking.


4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned product

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.


5. Non-Refundable Items

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that:

  • Are returned after the 30-day return period

  • Show signs of use, damage, or improper handling

  • Are returned without a valid track & trace reference


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at bybaely@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
